By purchasing an adopt / Design from me, you agree to the following terms, along with my General Terms of Service.Credit for the designs creation remains mine after purchase, the character will belong to the customer, and can be used by them as they see fit, as long as they do not take credit for the designs creation.The designer will not 'claim back' the design after purchase.The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.
The Owner may use the design for commercial use only if discussed with the Designer beforehand.

Please do not use my designs for nsfw, it will lead to blacklisting/blocking. My content is not meant for that. Gore/blood is perfectly fine.Do not use my designs to be hateful towards minorities/people/ect.Do not upsell my designs please, unless factoring in added worth
[i.e. additional commisions adding to a characters value is fine. / Though selling a design I sold to you for 20 for 60 is not fine,without any inherent added value.]You may make redesigns of the purchased character, I would just appreciate it if you make drastic changes, to also include that in any credits given, as its no longer fully just my work. [Especially heavy redesigns.]Do not just delete the character please. Retrade it, resell , make a raffle, or give them away if you no longer want them please. I put alot of effort into my designs, and would hate for them to be lost to the void. Please and thank you.

I may refuse any commission that feels to fall outside the scope of my skill, comfort, or interests.Anything on this ToS can be changed/removed/added on to without warning.Only send money once I give the okay to.When commissioning me you agree to my terms of service, whether you have read them or not.
By making a purchase from me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
If you break any of the terms of service listed you may be blacklisted from purchasing my designs or commissioning me.I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.I take payment upfront.
I may decline a request if the character design(s) are too complex or outside of my range of ability.
I will not do NSFW, kink, or fetish artwork under any circumstances.I will not haggle prices.
The client must provide references for the character, I will not do a character based on description alone outside of custom designs/addons in my shop.I do not, and will not do post-commision completion edits.
I will send the client WIPs throughout the process of the commission.
Custom designs may require more communication than other commissions as I will try to get your design as accurately as possible to what you wish.Work in progress updates are for the client’s viewing only, the client may not post these WIPs anywhere unless given permission.
I will charge more the more complex the character is.No refunds once I have started & completed the sketch.
On average I try to complete commisions within the week of pay, although some commissions may take me up to a month to complete or I may be delayed by outside causes. I will update you if anything happens that may delay the commission.I have the right to post the completed commission to any site (Twitter, Discord, DA, and kofi , Ect.)If anything is left up to the artist (myself), such as choosing a pose or background, the artist is not required to change those aspects.
If the customer is not satisfied with a work when it is completed but did not make changes when given the opportunity the artist(myself) is not accountable.
My art is not to be used Comercially in any way, unless agreed upon in the commision deal. It is not to be sold / marketed / printed without permission from the Artist. [ Including use in AI Art / NFTS. Neither are permitted. ]Requests to change the appearance or pose of the character(s) cannot be made once the lineart has been completed. // If the client fails to correct a character error in the sketch phases or when asked the artist is not accountable.
-----------------------I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.Therefore I, the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books [or my portfolio] or documents using the drawing in any format.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever online.
Claim full ownership of the drawing.

Under no circumstances will I claim ownership of character(s) within,unless of course one is included that is mine.

The client is allowed to;
Use the commissioned artwork for personal use, examples of this personal use are as follows:
Using the work as an avatar/icon on a variety of websites and platforms.
Use the work as examples or character reference when commissioning another artist.
Use of the work as a digital wallpaper or lock screen.
The client can claim ownership of the character(s) in the work but not of the drawing itself.
The client can print the work for non-commercial use (i.e. printing to hang up in a room or share with friends).
The work cannot be used for profit, such as on a business card or printed onto merch unless agreed upon with I, the artist before hand in the initial commision process/ discussed at another date.I, the artist, do not take commercial commissions .
[ Once I have rates for it, this will be removed. ]
Using the work on a character’s profile (ex.Toyhouse) is permitted, with proper credit.
Examples of proper credit are: Leaving a direct link or username tag (such as an @ on twitter) within the description or title of the post.
The client is not allowed to repost the work on social media and other sites.
Preferably link to my own posts / reblog / retweet / ect.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Taking credit for the creation of the work.
Removing any watermarks/signatures already applied without permission.
Altering the artwork significantly without the artist's consent to claim it was an original product of the client’s.
No refund will be issued, as my work and time was already given .Changes applied to my T.O.S. will apply to only the future commisions, [ unless it is being used exploitatively ] the changes will not be otherwise retroactively applied to a previous commision.
As long as the client isn not claiming my works as their own/reprodusing them/selling them commercially, the previous terms at the time of purchase apply.
